Description:

MangoVers, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a confident and target-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads and boost client acquisition. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid setting — with productivity and results being the key priority.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in outbound sales, project bidding platforms, and digital services such as SEO, Website Development, and Social Media Marketing. You will be responsible for making high volumes of daily calls, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Your ability to communicate persuasively and stay organized through CRM tools will be critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 50–100 outbound cold calls per day to potential clients

• Generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer

• Schedule qualified meetings with interested prospects for the sales team

• Pitch a wide range of digital marketing services including SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads), Branding, and Animations

• Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and lead statuses in CRM tools

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in cold calling, outreach, or appointment setting

• Familiarity with freelancing and bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and consistent in performance

• Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM tools and Google Workspace
