POSITION: Executive
DEPARTMENT: Central Planning
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Executive – Central Planning to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·      Oversee end-to-end production planning and scheduling to ensure 100% shipment compliance.
·      Synchronize fabric, trims, and raw material requirements with procurement for seamless availability.
·      Monitor and optimize critical KPIs: Lead Time, Capacity Utilization, and Inventory Aging.
·      Manage and update complex planning dashboards to provide real-time visibility to management.
·      Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing and Production teams to mitigate delays and bottlenecks.
·      Analyse inventory levels to prevent overstocking and minimize material waste.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
·      2–4 years experience in Production Planning.
·      Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
·      Degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
·      Textile industry experience preferred.
