Description:
Waterlink Group of Companies is hiring an experienced Air Freight Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate air freight shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with air freight regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Negotiate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to secure competitive rates and services.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Air Freight Import department.
- Strong knowledge of air freight regulations and logistics management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
