Air Freight Specialist

Description:

Waterlink Group of Companies is hiring an experienced Air Freight Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate air freight shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with air freight regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
• Negotiate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to secure competitive rates and services.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and operations teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Air Freight Import department.
• Strong knowledge of air freight regulations and logistics management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
