Agentic Ai Developer

Description:

We're now ready to scale our MVP into a production-ready system and are looking for a hands-on Python + AI Developer to own the intelligent call pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine agentic AI pipelines using Python, LLMs, and context memory
• Integrate speech models (e.g. Whisper) and TTS engines (e.g. Melo)
• Deploy containerized services using Docker + AWS
• Fine-tune prompt chains to improve call accuracy and automate tasks
• Add integrations with Stripe, CRMs, and analytics tools
• Collaborate daily with product, backend, and AI teams to ship fast iterations

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

✅ 2+ years of Python development experience

✅ Experience with LLMs (Phi‑3 Mini, OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

✅ Prompt engineering or agent design background

✅ Hands-on experience with Whisper / Speech-to-Text / TTS pipelines

✅ Solid understanding of Docker and basic AWS deployment (ECS/S3)

✅ Fluent in English and collaborative in cross-functional teams
