Admissions And Students Enrollment Executive

Description:

Skylith Academy is looking for a motivated and confident Admissions & Student Enrollment Executive who will be responsible for bringing new students to the academy and converting interested candidates into confirmed admissions.

The selected person will actively approach potential students, introduce them to Skylith Academy's courses, explain the benefits of learning practical and professional skills, answer basic queries, follow up with interested candidates, and encourage them to enroll.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and approach potential students in nearby areas, schools, colleges, offices, shops, and through personal/social networks.
- Introduce Skylith Academy and explain its available courses.
- Understand the student's needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Clearly explain course benefits, duration, admission procedure, and basic fee information.
- Motivate interested students to visit the academy or contact the academy for further details.
- Follow up with interested students through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Maintain a record of interested students and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the academy regarding admission-related queries.
- Assist students during the admission process when required.
- Work consistently toward generating new admissions.
- Maintain professional communication and represent Skylith Academy positively.

Admission Target

The primary objective of this position is to generate genuine and confirmed student admissions.

A lead or inquiry will not be considered a successful admission. The admission will be counted only when:

Student is enrolled + admission is confirmed + required fee is paid.

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confident and friendly personality
- Ability to approach and communicate with new people
- Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp
- Ability to explain information clearly
- Responsible and target-oriented attitude
- Previous sales, marketing, education or admission experience will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
