Ad Creative Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Ad Creative Specialist to produce aesthetic, engaging, and conversion-focused content for SaltByMas.

 

You will receive product kits directly from us and be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form video content and visual assets that can be used across our marketing channels.

 

This is ideal for content creators, UGC creators, videographers, photographers, social media specialists, and creative professionals who understand both aesthetics and marketing performance.

What You’ll Do

 

* Receive product kits and creative briefs from SaltByMas

* Conceptualize and execute product-focused creative campaigns

* Shoot high-quality aesthetic reels and short-form videos

* Create paid-ad style content optimized for conversions

* Produce content suitable for:

* Instagram Reels

* TikTok

* Facebook Ads

* YouTube Shorts

* Pinterest

* Website product pages

* Email marketing campaigns

* Develop multiple content variations and hooks

* Follow brand guidelines, moodboards, and visual direction

* Deliver edited content ready for advertising and organic use

* Provide raw footage when requested

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

 

* Strong content creation skills

* Experience producing UGC or direct-response advertising creatives

* Understanding of social media trends and consumer psychology

* Ability to create premium, aesthetic product visuals

* Good video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)

* Strong sense of storytelling, lighting, composition, and branding

* Reliability and ability to meet deadlines
