Hilal Meat Processing/MeatPro is looking for a qualified 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our outlets.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Lead the sales team to achieve daily/monthly targets.

Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organized product displays.

Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and coordinate timely restocking with factory staff.

Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain excellent service standards.

Drive B2B sales of meat and offal products.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Management, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cold storage handling.

Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
