The Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of cultural and corporate events across the Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events from concept to completion
• Oversee budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Lead on-site event setup, performance teams, and client relations
• Develop creative concepts that showcase UAE culture and heritage
• Manage rehearsals, staff scheduling, and overall event execution

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in event management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
• Knowledge of UAE culture and entertainment is a plus
