Warehouse Associate

Description:

Carlcare Pakistan is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and efficient Warehouse Officer to manage inventory, support logistics, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

🔹 Position: Warehouse Officer

🔹 Experience: 1–3 years in Warehouse / Logistics / Inventory Management

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials

• Manage warehouse inventory, stock levels, and product movement

• Ensure accurate dispatching of goods to service centers or partners

• Maintain proper documentation: GRNs, stock reports, return notes, and delivery challans

• Coordinate with logistics teams and service centers for timely shipments

• Implement FIFO/FEFO and ensure proper storage standards

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs

• Support reporting on daily stock status and operational activities

💼 Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, or relevant field preferred)

• 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience

• Strong understanding of inventory handling & warehouse documentation

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
