Technical Repair Supervisor

We are Hiring Technical Repair Supervisor (UPS - Inverter Systems)

Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 65,000 – 100,000
Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in UPS-Inverter repair and maintenance.
- Strong expertise in PCB-level troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Experience with 1-Phase and 3-Phase UPS systems.
- Familiarity with brands such as Socomec, Schneider, Eaton, APC, Emerson, Chloride, and ABB will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise repair and maintenance activities for UPS systems.
- Diagnose faults in UPS systems, solar inverters, batteries.
- Oversee PCB-level troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and load testing of repaired equipment.
- Train and guide technicians on troubleshooting procedures and safety.
- Review service reports, fault analysis reports, and repair documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding technical issues and repair status.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and quality standards.
