We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to manage the Leather Goods section and ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the leather goods section
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain product displays, merchandising, and stock levels
• Supervise and support sales staff
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Ensure pricing accuracy and store standards
• Coordinate with inventory/warehouse for stock replenishment
• Achieve sales targets and prepare reports

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of retail experience (leather goods/fashion preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of leather products is an advantage
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Presentable and professional personality
