Video Producer

Description:

We’re hiring full-time Shorts & Reels Creators to produce high-quality, short-form video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. These videos will cover informational and outreach-style topics in the healthcare and legal sectors.

This is a performance-driven role — ideal for confident, energetic individuals who speak fluent, American-standard English and have strong on-camera presence. You will be provided with scripts and structure. Your responsibility is to show up on-camera, deliver clearly, and meet a high daily output of video content.

Responsibilities:

Record and submit 100 short videos per day (each 45–60 seconds)

Use provided scripts and personalize where required

Maintain consistent energy, clarity, and on-camera professionalism

Ensure video background, lighting, and sound meet quality standards

Upload completed videos to assigned folders daily

Take direction well and implement feedback quickly

Requirements:

Fluent English with American-standard pronunciation and clarity

Strong on-camera presence — confident, energetic, and engaging

Well-groomed appearance and professional dress for video work

HD camera, good lighting, and a quiet recording environment

Ability to follow structured scripts and meet strict daily output targets

Previous experience with video reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or virtual presentations is a plus

Highly reliable and self-motivated — this is a volume-based role
