Video Editor Intern

Rhino Systems is a growing influencer marketing agency, and we're looking for a creative Video Editor Intern to work on short-form content for influencers and brands.

We're looking for someone who understands the creative decisions behind a good video. You should know how to build a strong hook, maintain viewer attention and choose the right pacing, music and sound effects.

What You'll Do

• Edit UGC and influencer videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn raw footage into engaging short-form content.
• Develop multiple ad angles using different hooks, storytelling approaches and CTAs.
• Select appropriate music, sound effects and visual elements.
• Add captions, B-roll, transitions and motion graphics where needed.
• Work with creative briefs and reference videos.
• Make revisions based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Preferably 1–2 years of hands-on video editing experience. Freelance and personal projects count.
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, storytelling and CTAs.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and editing styles.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Good visual judgment, communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in influencer marketing, UGC and paid social advertising.
