Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and craft innovative, high-impact creative assets that align with and strengthen our brand identity across digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to conceptualize and execute compelling design solutions for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Create visually engaging graphics and multimedia content for digital marketing channels, including website banners, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and Instagram reels.
- Design and edit high-quality video content, reels, and short-form media optimized for social media performance and audience engagement.
- Plan, shoot (where required), and edit creative video concepts that reflect current industry trends and platform algorithms.
- Design professional print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, packaging, and business cards that effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Develop impactful presentations and visual materials for internal and external use, including pitch decks, sales presentations, proposals, and corporate profiles.
- Maintain strict consistency with brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity in tone, typography, color palette, layout, and visual identity.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to continuously elevate creative output and marketing effectiveness.
- Extract relevant insights from market trends and transform them into actionable creative concepts that support company growth.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives, campaigns, and business goals.
- Take ownership of creative projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability.
- Generate fresh content ideas proactively and execute them efficiently to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Optimize visual content for performance metrics, ensuring designs contribute to measurable marketing results.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year as a Graphic Designer, supported by a robust portfolio exhibiting diverse design projects across multiple mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
- Know and have a strong grasp on video editing tools, AI tools, and others for content creation.
- Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of effectively conveying ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Previous exposure to the digital marketing industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
