Duseca Software is looking for a creative Video Editor with 2–5 years of experience to create high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and advertisements.

We're looking for someone who combines strong editing and storytelling skills with modern AI video tools.

What You'll Do

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound design, and color grading.
• Produce and professionally edit AI-generated video content.
• Create content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on creative concepts.
• Stay updated with emerging video editing and AI trends.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut Pro.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with AI video tools such as Veo, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Motion graphics and animation experience is a plus.
