Description:
We're looking for an experienced Vicidial Specialist to integrate RapidsAI’s custom APIs with Vicidial, enhancing automated dialing, call management, and voice communication. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Vicidial configuration, API integration, customization, and telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and tailor Vicidial to integrate smoothly with RapidsAI's internal APIs.
- Implement API integrations for automated calling, voice broadcasts, call recording, and advanced call management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and setup-related issues swiftly.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize integration performance and reliability.
- Clearly document integration processes, configurations, and technical workflows.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Vicidial installation, configuration, and customization.
- Solid expertise in Vicidial API integrations and telephony system architecture.
- Experience integrating conversational AI or Calling Systems APIs with Vicidial.
- Familiarity with call center operations, VOIP technologies, and SIP trunking.
- Prior experience optimizing Vicidial systems for high-volume outbound calls.
- Knowledge of cloud telephony solutions such as AWS Connect, Twilio, or similar.
