Hiring: Verifiers (ACA & Final Expense Campaign)

HA Links LLC is looking for experienced Verifiers to join our ACA and Final Expense campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center/BPO experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to verify customer information accurately
• Knowledge of ACA or Final Expense campaigns is preferred
• Night shift availability
• Freshers are not eligible

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify customer information and eligibility
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with agents and QA team when required
