Description:

Coventra Global is looking for a Senior RTA Closer with at least one year of experience in a UK RTA or Injury Claims campaign. You’ll speak with prospective clients, understand their accident enquiries, and guide suitable leads through the claims process.

This role supports Coventra Global’s UK RTA and Injury Claims campaign. Success means handling calls professionally and empathetically, gathering accurate information, and converting suitable leads.

Responsibilities

• Guide conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Ask relevant questions to understand accident circumstances and identify potential injury claims.
• Explain the general RTA claims process clearly.
• Handle objections while maintaining an empathetic approach.
• Collect and record accident and claim information accurately.
• Follow up with prospective clients and support suitable enquiries through the next steps.
• Use your understanding of Hire & Repair or Vehicle Damage Claims where relevant.
