THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for professionals who bring:

• 1+ year of proven sales experience

• Strong experience in USA Telecom Sales

• Experience selling Internet, TV & Home Phone services

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship skills

• A confident, professional, and results-oriented approach

• A proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets

• USA Inbound/Outbound Sales experience — preferred

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a USA Sales Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound calls from customers across the USA

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecom solutions

• Promote and sell Internet, TV & Home Phone services

• Maximize sales opportunities through effective cross-selling and upselling

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

• Develop strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Maintain accurate sales records and follow established company procedures
