Description:
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with W2, and C2C roles, and a solid understanding of the US hiring process, visa types, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly
Work on W2, and C2C requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Negotiate rates/salaries and handle offer discussions
Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation
Build strong relationships with candidates, third-party vendors and clients
Required Skills
1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT)
Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Ciepal (preferred) or JobDiva.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
