📝 Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Dispatch Technician to deliver on-site IT assistance at various dispatch locations across Pakistan. The role involves providing first-level hardware/software support, system maintenance, and coordination with the central IT team. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel 🚗 to support operational excellence.


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🖥️ Provide timely on-site IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

⚙️ Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, devices, and applications.

🧰 Set up and maintain desktop, laptop, and peripheral systems.

📋 Maintain service documentation, issue logs, and visit reports.

👨‍💻 Assist with user account setups, email configurations, and access control.

🤝 Collaborate with centralized IT team to escalate and resolve technical issues.

🔐 Ensure adherence to IT policies and security protocols.


📚 Requirements:

🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

🧑‍🔧 1–2 years of experience in IT support or field service (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

💻 Proficiency in Windows OS, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.

🗣️ Strong communication and organizational skills.

🧭 Willingness to travel frequently to assigned dispatch sites.

🔍 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

🏅 IT certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft MTA/MCP) are a plus.

🧑‍💻 Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
