Sparking Asia is looking for a motivated and professional Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in freelancing platforms, and the ability to handle client communication and meetings professionally.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and bid on projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write professional proposals and communicate effectively with clients
• Handle client meetings and requirement discussions confidently
• Maintain strong follow-up communication with potential clients
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding project requirements and updates
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development
• Excellent English communication and typing skills
• Strong understanding of freelancing platforms and proposal writing
• Confidence in handling client meetings and negotiations
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets
