Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our on-site team based in Rawalpindi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations involved in limousine and ground transportation dispatching.

📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers professionally

• Handle reservations, inquiries, and transportation requests

• Provide quotes and follow up with potential customers

• Dispatch and coordinate chauffeurs

• Monitor active trips and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs

• Track flights and adjust schedules when needed

• Communicate with drivers, clients, and affiliate transportation partners

• Handle last-minute changes and operational issues

• Update and manage reservations accurately

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire booking process

📌 REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, transportation, or a related field is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Professional phone etiquette

• Reliable, responsible, and solution-oriented

• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
