Ui/ux Designer & Creative Lead

At Skyfall Labs, we don’t believe in the separation of form and function. We are looking for a hybrid Creative Powerhouse—someone who can architect seamless user journeys as a UI/UX Designer and craft high-impact brand identities as a Graphic Designer.

You will be the first design hire at the lab. This means you won't just be following a style guide; you will be creating it. From the wireframes of our most complex software solutions to the visual assets that define our brand, your fingerprints will be on everything we build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Design (UI/UX): Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
  • Graphic Design: Create high-impact marketing collateral, social media assets, and brand identity elements that resonate with our "Disruptor" ethos.
  • Visual Systems: Develop and maintain a cohesive Design System for Skyfall Labs and our clients to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our engineering team to ensure your designs are technically feasible and flawlessly implemented.

Qualifications:

  • The Hybrid Edge: A strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX case studies and creative graphic design work.
  • Mastery of Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
  • UX Intuition: A deep understanding of user psychology, accessibility standards, and clean interface design.
  • Creative Vision: The ability to take a abstract concept and turn it into a high-energy visual asset.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
