Truck Dispatch Sales Agents

Description:

You will speak with US truck owners by phone and chat, explain our dispatch service and help them sign up. This is a sales and client-onboarding role. No dispatch experience is required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Contact US owner-operators and small carriers by call and chat

- Explain how our dispatch service works and answer their questions

- Collect basic details (truck type, MC authority) and pass interested carriers to our dispatch team

- Follow up with interested carriers

- Keep records of your calls and leads

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Good spoken and written English

- Basic computer skills

- Confident, polite communication
