Umar Wyne Official is building a structured training platform for the banking sector, and we are looking for professionals to join us as Banking Trainers.

 

This role is focused on delivering practical, real-world training programs to both:

• Individuals preparing to enter the banking industry

• Professionals already working within banking

 

The objective is not just training, but transformation, enabling participants to perform effectively in high-pressure, real banking environments.

• Special Assets Management (SAM)

• Recovery & Collections

• Sales & Marketing

• Audit

 

Candidate Profile

 

• Strong experience in banking (preferred at mid to senior level)

• Practical understanding of banking systems and operations

• Ability to communicate and deliver structured sessions

• Prior training experience is not mandatory

 

Candidates currently working in banks may apply, provided they have permission to conduct external training.
