Selected trainers will work with Islamabad.ai on specific courses, workshops and institutional capacity-building programmes according to their expertise and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality professional training programmes.
- Develop professional presentation slides and supporting learning materials.
- Prepare appropriate participant manuals or learning guides.
- Incorporate relevant case studies, demonstrations, exercises and real-world applications.
- Ensure that all training materials are accurate, current, professionally presented and free from plagiarism.
- AI-assisted content development may be used where appropriate; however, trainers remain responsible for the accuracy, quality and originality of the final material.
- Update course content in response to developments in technology, research, regulation and professional practice.
- Maintain the academic and professional quality standards expected by Islamabad.ai.
Who We Are Looking For
Applicants should normally have:
- A minimum Master's degree (MSc, MS, MBA or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- A PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification is preferred, particularly for advanced scientific, research and specialist training areas.
- Strong academic, scientific, professional or industry expertise in the proposed training area.
- Relevant teaching, training, research, consulting or professional experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate specialist knowledge into practical learning for professional and executive audiences.
