We’re Hiring: Video Editor (Trainee) – MTO Audio & Visual

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Audio & Visual.

Responsibilities:

* Strong command of AI tools

* Stay updated on new editing tools, techniques, and AI advancements

* Edit raw footage into clean, high-quality videos for internal and external use

* Work with the production team to understand project ideas and direction

* Perform basic color correction, sound syncing, and audio enhancement

* Maintain consistent style, pacing, and storytelling across all videos

* Assist in pre-production and post-production tasks, including organizing footage and files

* Handle cameras, lighting, and audio equipment when required

* Deliver projects on time while maintaining high quality

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, Mass Communication, or a related field (mandatory)
