Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and grow our presence on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop operations, product listing, campaign optimization, and driving sales through TikTok’s eCommerce ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to leverage TikTok trends, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing to maximize revenue

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage TikTok Shop account operations including product uploads, listings, and inventory updates.
  • Develop and execute TikTok Shop campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to boost product visibility.
  • Handle Creator & Affiliate Management to expand reach and drive conversions.
  • Oversee TikTok Ads Management for performance-driven campaigns.
  • Design and implement Short-Form Video Strategy to maximize engagement and sales.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with TikTok trends and integrate them into sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align TikTok Shop activities with overall eCommerce goals.
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.

 

PRIORITY REQUIREMENTS

We are not looking for a basic TikTok content creator or only a TikTok Ads specialist. The main requirement is someone who understands TikTok Shop operations and growth execution. Please prioritize candidates with hands-on experience in:

  1. TikTok Shop Onboarding – Shop setup, product/catalog setup, Seller Center, Shopify integration, and maintaining account health.
  2. TikTok Shop Fulfillment Understanding – Knowledge of MCF, FBT, 3PL, Shopify order flow, and TikTok Shop order handling.
  3. Creator Affiliate Campaigns – Creator outreach, open collaborations, product sampling, communication, and performance tracking.
  4. CAP-Style Campaigns – Supporting campaigns where many creators are activated in the first 30–60 days to drive content and sales momentum.
  5. Cold Start / Order Seeding Support – Launch support for new TikTok Shops, early traction, review/order momentum, and coordination with external providers.
  6. GMV Max & Social Amplification – Identifying winning videos, boosting top-performing content, and coordinating with ads teams for GMV Max campaigns.
  7. Promotions & Discounts – Experience with TikTok Shop coupons, discounts, affiliate commissions, flash deals, and promotional setup.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, influencer marketing, and content strategies.
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, paid ads, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or Amazon services is a plus.
