Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven TikTok Manager & TikTok Shop Manager to lead our brand’s presence on TikTok and drive sales through TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will manage content strategy, influencer collaborations, TikTok Shop operations, and performance optimization to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

TikTok Content Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals and product launches. 
  • Plan and manage a content calendar including product showcases, tutorials, lifestyle content, and trending formats. 
  • Monitor trending sounds, hashtags, and viral formats to keep the brand relevant. 
  • Work with creative teams to produce high-performing video content. 

 

TikTok Shop Management

  • Manage and optimize the TikTok Shop storefront including product listings and descriptions. 
  • Ensure product pages include optimized titles, keywords, pricing, and visuals. 
  • Monitor inventory, product availability, and order flow within TikTok Shop. 
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams for order fulfillment and customer inquiries. 
  • Optimize product pages for conversion and discoverability. 

 

Influencer & Affiliate Collaboration

  • Identify and onboard TikTok creators and influencers for product collaborations. 
  • Manage TikTok affiliate programs and creator partnerships. 
  • Coordinate product gifting, paid collaborations, and affiliate commissions. 
  • Track influencer performance and campaign results. 

 

Campaign & Sales Growth

  • Plan and execute TikTok Shop promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales and product launches. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies. 
  • Implement live selling strategies and TikTok Live sessions to increase conversions. 

 

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report key metrics  
  • Use TikTok analytics and other tools to optimize content and campaign performance. 

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok accounts or TikTok Shop. 
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and short-form video strategy. 
  • Experience with TikTok creator collaborations and affiliate marketing. 
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop product management and e-commerce workflows. 
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns. 
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
