Job Title: Operations Manager (Amazon Agency)
Full Time -Onsite
Location: Islamabad- Pakistan
About Us
We are a fast-growing Amazon agency focused on scaling brands through performance-driven strategies, systems, and execution. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager who can take ownership of workflows, manage our sales pipeline, build and manage a team, and act as a key point of contact for our clients.
Role Overview
This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, builds systems, manages people, and communicates confidently with clients without constant direction.
You will be responsible for building the operating system, tracking the sales pipeline, coordinating between team members, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks—while also serving as a bridge between clients and the internal team
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Systems Management
Build, manage, and optimize workflows using tools like Notion, GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Make
Create systems to improve efficiency across sales and operations
Identify bottlenecks and proactively fix them
Sales Pipeline Management
Track and manage the full sales pipeline (leads → appointments → calls → closing)
Ensure all leads are properly followed up and nothing is missed
Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting
Team Coordination & Delegation
Assign tasks to appointment setters, sales reps, and other team members
Follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time
Act as the bridge between different functions (sales, operations, etc.)
Hiring & Team Management
Assist in hiring new team members (e.g., account managers, sales reps, support roles)
Help onboard, train, and coach new hires
Monitor team performance and ensure accountability
Continuously improve team processes and performance standards
Client Communication & Account Management
Serve as a main point of contact for clients
Manage day-to-day client communication professionally and proactively
Act as a bridge between clients and the project management team
Ensure client needs are clearly communicated, understood, and executed internally
Provide updates, follow-ups, and ensure a high-quality client experience
Handle issues or escalations with professionalism and problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
Strong experience with:
Notion
GoHighLevel (or similar CRM)
Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Proven ability to:
Manage systems and workflows
Track and optimize pipelines
Work independently without constant supervision
Experience in hiring, training, and managing team members
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving mindset
