Description:
We’re hiring a full-time Amazon Virtual Assistant who knows Seller Central inside and out. You’ll be the backbone of our Amazon operations — managing listings, handling case logs, optimizing backend keywords, monitoring inventory, supporting PPC campaigns, and keeping accounts healthy and compliant.
This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll work directly with account managers and brand owners across multiple Amazon accounts, ensuring every listing is optimized, every issue is resolved fast, and every brand is positioned for growth. If you know what an ASIN is, have dealt with A-to-Z claims, and can navigate a suppressed listing at 2 AM — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
Listing Management & Optimization
• Create, edit, and optimize Amazon product listings — titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and subject matter fields
• Upload and manage product images, A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content, and Brand Story modules
• Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or Cerebro and integrate high-value keywords into listings
• Monitor and fix suppressed, stranded, or inactive listings — resolve error messages and policy violations quickly
• Manage flat file uploads for bulk listing creation, updates, and variations
• Create and manage parent-child ASIN relationships and variation families
Account Health & Case Management
• Monitor Account Health Dashboard daily — track policy violations, intellectual property complaints, product authenticity issues, and performance metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, cancellation rate)
• Open and manage Seller Support cases — write clear, effective escalation letters to resolve listing removals, ASIN suspensions, and brand registry disputes
• Handle A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, and negative feedback removal requests
• Submit appeals for listing reinstatements, account deactivations, and policy warnings
• Monitor and respond to buyer messages within SLA timeframes
Inventory & Order Management
• Track FBA and FBM inventory levels — create removal orders, manage restock recommendations, and prevent stockouts
• Create and manage FBA shipments (box content, shipping labels, carrier booking)
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies — lost, damaged, and reimbursement claims with Amazon
• Monitor order defects, returns, and refund patterns — flag issues for the account manager
PPC & Advertising Support
• Assist with Amazon PPC campaign management — pull search term reports, identify converting and wasted keywords, adjust bids under account manager direction
• Set up Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Generate weekly PPC performance reports (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, impressions, CTR, conversions)
• Support keyword harvesting from auto campaigns to manual campaigns
• Help manage Sponsored Brand Video ad placements and A+ Content creative briefs
Research & Reporting
• Conduct competitor analysis — pricing, reviews, listing quality, keyword rankings, ad placements
• Pull and organize Business Reports, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance data
• Track keyword ranking positions and organic search visibility using third-party tools
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, sessions, conversion rates, and account health metrics
• Research new product opportunities, market trends, and category insights
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working in Amazon Seller Central (this is non-negotiable — you must know your way around the platform)
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s catalog system — listing creation, flat files, variations, A+ Content, and Brand Registry
• Experience with Amazon case management — writing effective Seller Support cases, appeals, and escalation letters
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC — campaign structure, search term reports, bid adjustments, and performance metrics
• Working knowledge of keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Cerebro, Magnet, or similar)
• Strong English communication skills — you’ll be writing listing copy, case logs, buyer messages, and internal reports
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple Amazon accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Self-starter who can work independently during US time zone hours with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities shift and speed matters
