Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. Experience working in Khushab or a similar market is highly desirable

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree; MBA (Marketing) preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions

Mandatory proficiency in Salesflo software to monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate necessary reports

- Manage and coach Order Bookers in the market to improve sales calls, enhance order generation, and drive sales productivity
