Chief Digital Officer

Description:

We are looking to hire a Chief Digital Officer for a financial services organization in Pakistan. The individual would be reporting to the president and driving the organization's digital transformation. They would be focusing on the digital lending for the organization, with a emphasis on setting up the digital payments domain.

The position is based in Karachi and is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale digital lending and banking platforms with a focus on digital payments
• Drive innovation, partnerships, and digital customer experiences
• Use data, AI, and automation to optimize credit and risk models
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver agile, customer-first solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in digital banking, fintech, or lending tech
• Experience with digital payments and conventional banking
• Proven experience launching scalable digital products
• Strong digital strategy, product, and leadership skills
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
