Tendering Specialist

Description:

The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role involves managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, gathering documentation, coordinating internal inputs, and preparing timely submissions. The Tendering Specialist will analyze tender requirements, develop competitive proposals, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include maintaining tender databases, tracking deadlines, liaising with sales, finance, and operations teams, and supporting negotiations or clarifications with clients and public sector entities. The role also requires regular reporting on tender status, win/loss analysis, and continuous improvement of tendering practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Tender Management skills, including tender identification, documentation, submission, and compliance tracking.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for evaluating tender specifications, pricing structures, and competitive landscapes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and for handling tender-related inquiries.
• Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills for developing clear, persuasive, and technically accurate tender responses.
• Candidates should possess Procurement knowledge, including familiarity with public and private sector procurement processes and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or contract management are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience with tender portals or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry is preferred but not mandatory.
