📌 About the Role
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our SaaS-based Point-of-Sale (PoS) platform for pharmacies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career product professional to gain hands-on experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, product analytics, and cross-functional product development.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Product Discovery: Identify user pain points and gather feedback from pharmacy operations, sales, implementation, support, and QA teams.
🔹 Product Analytics: Monitor feature usage, adoption metrics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
🔹 Requirements & Documentation: Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and release notes.
🔹 Product Delivery: Collaborate with engineering teams during sprint planning, backlog grooming, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and product releases.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, sales, growth, and pharmacy operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
🔹 Continuous Improvement: Help improve workflows related to PoS billing, inventory management, procurement, goods receipt notes (GRNs), returns, adjustments, audits, and reporting.
🔹 Product Support: Assist sales and implementation teams with product demonstrations, feature clarifications, and usage guidance.

✅ Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
✔️ Understanding of product management fundamentals, user stories, and product development processes.
✔️ Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
✔️ Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
✔️ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar platforms will be an advantage.
✔️ Previous exposure to SaaS products, healthcare technology, retail operations, or pharmacy management systems will be a plus.
