Telesales Specialist

Description:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Telesales Specialist to join our growing HMK Leads Team. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their home security needs, and promoting security solutions tailored to their requirements.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help customers feel safe and protected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers via phone
• Promote and sell home security products and services
• Answer questions related to security systems, packages, and installation
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Deliver outstanding customer experience in every interaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in BPO, tele sales, or customer service preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
