Telesales Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on B2B outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting with international clients . You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to businesses through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage with prospects and identify their business needs
  • Qualify leads and conduct basic discovery conversations
  • Schedule meetings and hand over warm leads to senior sales closers
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep the pipeline active
  • Update CRM with accurate notes and activity records
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve messaging and outreach performance

 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in telesales, B2B sales, or lead generation
  • Prior experience in a call center or international calling environment is required
  • Strong English communication skills with a clear and confident speaking style
  • Comfortable handling outbound calls and rejection
  • Familiar with CRM tools and basic sales performance metrics
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently while staying consistent with daily goals
