We are seeking a technically strong and performance-driven individual with hands-on experience in dialer operations, VOIP management, and campaign support within a fast-paced call center environment.
Requirements:
• Complete hands-on knowledge of VICI Dialer
• Strong understanding of VOIP management and troubleshooting
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage campaigns and dialer operations efficiently
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
