Technology & Data Lead

Sunbeams Pk100 Network is a SECP-registered nonprofit on a mission to achieve Pakistan 100 for 100 — 100% literacy and universal access to education by 2047. We operate a coalition of 200+ schools across Pakistan and are building the technology infrastructure to scale our impact nationally.

We are looking for a Technology & Data Lead to build and manage our entire digital ecosystem — including a mobile learning app, school management system, data dashboard, and AI-powered teacher support tools. Everything we build must work offline-first, in Urdu, on low-cost devices.

What you'll do:

• Lead development of the Sunbeams Digital Platform and School Management System
• Build and maintain the coalition-wide data dashboard
• Integrate AI tools for teacher support in Urdu
• Manage external developers and technology vendors
• Advise leadership on technology strategy and data-driven decisions

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years in technology, with mobile app development experience (Android-first)
• Comfortable using AI tools practically in your day-to-day work
• Systems thinker with a user-centred mindset
• Based in Islamabad — this is a full-time, in-person role
• Genuinely motivated by education impact in Pakistan
