Technical Sales Specialist

 

Description:

Reon Energy, a pioneer in transforming the renewable energy landscape for industrial, commercial, and Telco clients in Pakistan, is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join their high-performance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product and solution sales, developing tailored energy solutions, and building long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Telco, industrial, and commercial clients

  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate power/energy solutions

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

  • Prepare and deliver timely product presentations and proposals

  • Enhance technical knowledge in Telco network power solutions

  • Work with product and engineering teams to create customized offerings

  • Engage with client management in governance and performance forums

  • Monitor industry trends and identify new revenue opportunities

  • Negotiate and finalize agreements in line with organizational goals

  • Provide post-sales support and manage customer expectations

  • Plan and coordinate product roadshows and customer engagement events

  • Ensure financial discipline per company guidelines

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client interactions


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom Engineering

  • Experience: 4-5+ years in technical sales, with a strong preference for Telco power solutions


Key Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Deep technical understanding of Telco network power and renewable energy products

  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

  • Effective social networking and initiative-driven mindset
