Key Responsibilities:
Manage technical recruitment (screening, interviews, hiring)
Coordinate with team leads for hiring needs
Handle HR operations & employee records
Ensure HR compliance & company policies
Manage onboarding, engagement, and exit processes
Requirements:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of IT roles & recruitment
Organized, responsible, and proactive
Prior HR/technical hiring experience is a plus
