Role Description

Zaigo is hiring a full-time remote AI Systems Delivery Lead to help drive the successful delivery of AI systems, workflow automations, and agentic platforms for U.S.-based clients.

This is not a traditional “status update” project management role. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, technically fluent, proactive, and comfortable operating inside fast-moving environments with ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information.

You will work directly with founders, engineers, and clients to help turn messy business workflows into deployed AI systems. The role sits at the intersection of operations, product thinking, engineering coordination, and client communication.

This role is intentionally high ownership.

You will help:

• Coordinate and drive AI implementation projects from discovery through deployment
• Translate business requirements into actionable engineering tasks
• Work closely with engineers building AI agents, integrations, automations, and internal platforms
• Organize timelines, priorities, deliverables, and documentation across multiple projects
• Communicate clearly with U.S.-based clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify blockers early and proactively keep projects moving
• Help create structure and operational clarity across rapidly evolving projects
• Contribute to process improvement as Zaigo continues scaling its delivery organization

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation Management, or related technical delivery roles
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working closely with software engineers or technical teams
• Comfortable managing complex projects with ambiguity and moving pieces
• Strong organizational skills and high personal accountability
• Ability to understand APIs, integrations, AI workflows, and technical system architecture at a practical level
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, RAG systems, automations, or workflow platforms is a major plus
• Experience with Jira, Notion, Linear, ClickUp, Slack, or similar operational tools
• Ability to overlap at least 4–6 hours daily with U.S. Eastern Time
• Startup, agency, or fast-moving delivery experience strongly preferred
• Former engineers or highly technical operators are strongly preferred
• We care more about ownership, communication, and execution ability than certifications
