Jubilee Life (Islamabad) is looking for a Team Manager who is an expert in team building, leadership, and sales performance management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Build, train, and lead a strong sales team
• Develop team-building strategies to boost motivation and productivity
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate business through team and personal sales
• Maintain discipline and a professional work culture

🔹 Requirements:
• Strong leadership and team-building experience
• Background in sales, management, or insurance (preferred)
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Minimum Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred)
