Description:

Westcrew Networks is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to join our growing team.

🔹 Lead and manage daily team operations

🔹 Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity

🔹 Conduct coaching and performance reviews

🔹 Support onboarding and training initiatives

🔹 Prepare reports and drive operational improvements

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Experience with performance management and reporting

✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and Google Sheets

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

✔ Availability for full-time onsite night shifts
