Are you a motivated, energetic, and performance-driven Team Leader with a passion for leadership and results? Lead Surge is looking for a dynamic Team Leader (TL) to lead, inspire, and drive high-performing call center teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of CSRs to achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Monitor team performance, call quality, and productivity
  • Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance improvement sessions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new agents
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and team engagement
  • Prepare and submit daily performance and productivity reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or call center
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Target-driven, energetic, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in night shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
  • Hands-on approach with strong floor control
