Zubaida’s is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Executive to be a crucial part of our warehouse operations team, primarily focusing on the e-commerce segment. As a Supply Chain Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing stock, coordinating shipments, and making sure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and working closely with courier partners to guarantee timely delivery of orders, helping to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure availability for growing online orders.

• Oversee all aspects of shipment processing, including picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.

• Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

• Support returns, exchanges, and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

• Assist with other daily warehouse operations as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations or warehouse management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with warehouse/inventory management systems.

• Highly organized, dependable, and able to perform well under pressure.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
