🔹 Requirements:
✅ Physically fit and active
✅ Approximately 30 years of age
✅ Must possess Original CNIC & Police Character Certificate
✅ Safety Certification (Mandatory)
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
✅ Experience in supervising field staff and managing multiple sites
✅ Must be a Karachi resident
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead operational & field teams
• Ensure compliance with company and safety standards
• Plan daily work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Coordinate with management for smooth workflow & resource allocation
• Handle on-ground challenges and maintain client satisfaction
💰 Salary Range:
PKR 45,000 – 75,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
