EdPrograms, a dynamic social enterprise committed to international student mobility and cross-cultural immersion, is seeking a Specialist – Student Network & Program Operations. This is a full-time position designed for highly motivated professionals who are passionate about transforming education through international collaboration, cultural exchange, and immersive learning.
The role involves building and managing relationships with high school counselors, educational institutions, and students across Pakistan. The Specialist will be responsible for conducting outreach campaigns and special events to promote EdPrograms’ short-term international immersion and recruitment tours. This includes traveling to various schools across the country (up to 20% of the time), managing digital communications via email and WhatsApp, developing and maintaining CRM databases, and supporting logistical arrangements for both local and international educational events.
Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), with preference given to those who have studied at international institutions. They must bring at least two years of experience in the education sector, demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, and be tech-savvy. Experience in business development is a plus. Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive mindset—especially one aligned with the team’s core value of Self-Accountability—are essential to thrive in this role.
