Structure And Architecture Draftsman

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structure and Architecture Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing structural and architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using CAD software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp / other relevant software.
• Assist engineers and architects in layout design, detailing, and documentation.
• Develop working drawings and construction details.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for drawing revisions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Maintain and organize drawing files and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE Civil/Architecture) or higher qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural elements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
